Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This policy explains what information CreedOps collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form, we collect what you enter directly: name, email, company name, the service you're interested in, your message, and your consent to be contacted. We don't collect payment information through this site, and we don't ask for credentials, API keys, or access to your systems as part of any enquiry.
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics to see aggregate traffic, such as which pages are visited and what device or browser was used. It is cookieless, does not track you individually or across other sites, and does not store your IP address. We do not use any advertising tracking script.
How we use it
Information submitted through the enquiry form is used to respond to you and, if you engage us, to scope and deliver the work. Aggregate analytics data is used only to understand how the site is used and to improve it.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties, and we do not use enquiry data for advertising or marketing profiling.
Who we share it with
Enquiry submissions are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and a copy of the same details is synced to our internal Notion workspace so our team can track and follow up on it. Site traffic is measured by Vercel, our hosting provider, through Vercel Web Analytics. All three are processors acting on our instructions; none is permitted to use your data for their own purposes.
We do not share enquiry data with any advertising or marketing tool.
Fonts
This site's typefaces are served from our own domain. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other font provider when you visit.
Cookies
This site sets one first-party browser storage item to remember your light/dark theme preference. It is strictly functional, is not used for tracking, and is not shared with anyone. Our analytics (above) is cookieless. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Data retention
Enquiry submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to you and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement plus standard record-keeping requirements. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email info@creedops.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, consistent with applicable data protection law.
Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and applied from the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
